Actually from what I heard he was pretty good. Just shot was actually taken from about 50 yards away so I didn't hear him until I got a lot closer but he was decent at least

What do you think? I cropped this one a bit and played with exposure. Also I think I adjusted clarity and vibrance just a touch.

I got a Pentax K30 for Christmas, a little early and quite a surprise. It replaces a ist* DL so you KNOW I'm having tons of fun learning it

Not a problem..I'd LOVE to attend the Olympics, most specifically the bicycle road race. The 1984 version is what made me take up cycling. I grew up in New Mexico, but recently relocated to Orange County, Ca. and have since ridden part of the 1984 course in Mission Viejo.

Nope.. the K1000 finally died, about 2 years after I got the Super Program that fully replaced it. Now I'm using a ist*DL. Have been for a few years, actually. I am looking at the K5 now that it's come down so far in price.

Hi All,
I'm Don. Just relocated to Orange County, Ca. from Albuquerque on 1 Jan 2012. I've been a amateur photographer since 1984, when some Olympic gymnasts came through Albuquerque on a tour. I swore if I ever saw something like that again I'd have a better camera. I got a k1000 6 weeks later, been after it ever since.
