Nikon AiS? Don't think you can use it on Pentax though without surgery...

CV stands for cosina voigtlander
There are multiple version of the same optical formula. The CV15 for example, comes in two version: The earlier LTM version has closer minimal focus distance (MFD), need a LTM->M adapter (not a big deal), is not RF coupled (no problem on GXR), cannot mount filter (can be a big deal for some). The later M version is RF coupled, but with longer MFD.
I would suggest you subscribe to Sean Reid's review. He compares the performance of the CV35/1.4 vs CV35/1.7, CV75/2.5 vs CV 75/1.8, for example, and is well worth the subscription fee. Also note that the "classic" line stands for more "classic" drawing (read: softer), so it might/might not be your cup of tea.
Of course, other people's opinion/review cannot replace your own preference. So perhaps you can buy one of the lens and see if you like the drawing before diving full in. Personally, I found that the ZM line in general has more "bite" than CV, but again it's personal preference.

CV15 is very good, though a little slow.
I don't have a 21 at the moment, but CV will have a 21/1.8 soon, could be interesting
ZM 35, CV 35/1.2 II are both good, 35/1.4 not so good unless you like "classical" style
And then, FA77(!) or CV 75/2.5

But they have AAless sensor, focus peaking, and EVF: perfect for manual focus.
Imagine: a FF M module, with AF K adapter: you can mount the FF lens or DA lens (in crop mode)... um...

I just got the lens recently, so here's my thought:
Definitely greatest manual focus feel for an AF lens.
Greatest performance/size at similar focal length. Performance/price? not so much as it is rather expensive compared to other brand's offering
For indoor portrait at wide aperture, it is great
For outdoor at f2-f2.8? I prefer K85/1.8 due to the lack of purple fringing in contrasty conditions.
For landscape @infinity there are sharper lens out there. :)

Just called them on the price of FA limited (so you don't need to), same price online or by phone. So I guess it only apply to the lens with recent price hike then?

Hi, new to this forum but I have 100% positive feedback on other forum such as FM, getdpi, RFF, etc, which I frequent.
I am thinking about getting it new for $785 from B&H, but if I can get it used for around $600 I would do it too.
So, here we go: I am looking for a black FA 77 limited, preferably MIJ, need to be in excellent optical and mechanical condition with box, caps, case, etc with no scratch or haze or rub mark on glass. My budget is around $600. If you have one for sale, please let me know. I am in San Diego and will pay by regular paypal purchase. Thanks very much. :)
