I tried your action, but I'm not happy with it. I think it's better to your own way, like my version above.

There was no need for a flash, the sun was shining through the windows in front of the altar.

I used two bodies with FA31 and FA77 mounted, for me that worked very well. A zoom lens would be better, if you're new to photography and have no experience in using a fixed focal length, or if there is not enough space to move around.

Thanks! :)

Thanks! :)

This was my first wedding... :)

K100d, FA31/77/43, DA10-17

It was a lot of fun, but sometimes it was really hard to manage the right exposure, because
of high contrast (b/w clothes and frontal sun light).

The picture was taken yesterday at the botanic garden. The reflection on the drop came from outside the window and the weather was very bad. Here is the original file, no pp just resized:

That should be the answer to your question. :)

Are you kidding? It's ok, but not that sharp! My FA 43 is sharper even wide open, compared to the FA50 @ f/2.0. But for its price it's highly recommended! :p

Hi!

Well done!

The light is really nice and the sharpness/details too. The second one ist the winner of these
two images. Did you crop the pictures? If not, I would prefer the whole face being captured. ;)

Which setup did you use?
