Thank you for her full last name. The guy on customer support was spelling her name so fast it came out as Lynn B-dillo. So I just sent out an email to every vowel after that... :o Either way - thanks for the help. I know she has a reputation of being quick to reply but honestly when I call her phone never rings - it just goes straight to voice mail.

I am in love with my K20d which I did buy used. While using it one day, the strap got caught on the table and oops - major catastrophe, the viewfinder glass broke. Now - the rest of the camera works GREAT but it's to the point that the glass is falling in hunks. I don't want to damage the camera but I want to be able to use my camera. When I went to pentaximaging.com, customer support gave me the number to parts. I have called MULTIPLE times. Over and over for 3 weeks now and I always get "I'm on the phone or unavailable right now - leave a message." Does anyone have any suggestions to help me fix my camera? It's the one part and I really don't want to spend another $300 to fix the one part. Please and thank you for the suggestions.
PS
Yes, I have seen the expanded specs of my camera from another post on this forum. That's why I know I can fix this myself - I'm just frazzled with the lack of response from Pentax.
