During a long business trip to the Netherlands, we had a few weekends off. I was able to visit a number of museums by taking a short train ride. One of the visits was to the National Maritime Museum in Amsterdam. Very enjoyable visit with some stunning displays. At the time I had a smaller travel camera (Panasonic DMC-FZ35).

Thanks, yes a "lot of photoshop" work was done on this image, The sky was added, also the background near the bottom is smoke/fog.

The photos were from 2014 when the Steam Railroad Institute had a Train Expo. It was a lot of fun with various steam locomotives running for a few days.

The tracks go towards a turntable. The turntable just has to be rotated for the specific track. See the photo below for a view from the other direction earlier in the evening.
