Thank you Pentax. I can keep on using my beloved 'old' lenses :)
In 1977 i stepped in a my local store, hoping to by my first Pentax K-X. I walked out with a Pentax M-X.
In the folowing years, a SMC 100 F4 macro was added. Soon followed by extension rings, a 2X teleconverter.
SMC-M 28 mm wide angle, a motor drive. Then a second hand extra body a nice black K2. The latter has a faulty flash synchronisation. Then a 300mm F4 (makinon).
10 years ago, I stepped into digital. A HP Photosmart 945 Bridge camera. 8X optical zoom and f2.8. This one realy got old.
So I started looking for a new up to date bridge camera. The Panasonic FZ150 was an option.
Then I read about the K-01. Using my old lenses, great! But no optical finder was less pleasant to me.
Since I collect old photo camera's I was lucky to find a mint Pentax K-X this time a digital one :-)
It came with two zoom lenses. This for a total of 300 Euro. collor: metallic green, same as the ring on DA lenses.
At home I found out the firmware was never updated, this might be the cause for this bargain.
To be honest, I love the fact that AA battery’s ensure the power supply.
The manual however, well, this ain't a manual. It's a full course in digital photography.
