I mostly take landscape photos. The biggest thing I have learned from my experiences is Patience. You can never be in a hurry when it comes to photography. Take your time, if you don't like the results, keep at it.
Also the Peak designs camera clip is a pretty awesome tool if your a hiker. It allows you to keep your camera locked in place on you chest as you are hiking, it comes with a quick disconnect for when you need your camera in a hurry.

My awesome girlfriend got me the Pentax DA 15mm lens! I'm pretty excited to take it out and test it out!

Hi everybody I just joined the site, I have been a dedicated Pentax shooter for two years now. I started out with the K-r and now shooting with the K-5.
I love the K-5 its a great camera! I am now in the process of picking up a DA 15mm, I have read many great reviews about it on this site, I was going back and fourth for the longest time between the 15 and the Sigma 10-20. I think I have decided on the 15 but if anybody has any suggestions either way I would love to here your opinions!
