just realised i said it was a 2.8, must have been thinking about the macro, its a 1.7 still im not sure if i will ever use it :confused::

hi ive just brought a sigma 50mm macro on ebay, i currently own a smc 50mm M 2.8 which i brought for portraits should i sell it? as im sure the macro will be just as good :)

hi ive had a look on the database dont think the one im looking at is on there, but like you say i need to start wider, i just need to be more patient :)

Hi, can anyone give any feed back on a Sigma 28-200 mm UC lens please? I've been looking at one on EBay but can't find any reviews. For use with a Pentax K-30. Does it cover a full frame sensor?

ive looked at the manual and its of no use and ive also tried to focus on distance subjects at 1:1 and still nothing,

can someone please help ive just brought a vivitar 2x macro focusing teleconverter, i can only get it to focus at 1:3 with my 50mm M 1.7 attached to my K30, am i being a bit thick or have i got a duff one?:(

would like it to hang a waist height i dont think the domke is long enough though :( not to keen on the other one but thanks for the feedback

hi guys ive been looking for a shoulder strap for my k30, im amazed at how little choice there seems to be, looked at a jjc and everyone seems to think there weak on the mount so thats put me off those, cant really see alot else out there around the £20 mark, can anybody recommend one??

hi everyone ive just purchased a old pentax smc 50mm M 1.7 for my k30 and i can't get it to work, the F is flashing on the screen menu, ive got the dial on M and set the camera to MF on the switch, ive looked thru my manual and cant find anything, so the question is am i being a bit thick or do i need an adapter?? many thanks tom:o

just brought a pentax m 50mm 1.7 on ebay for £26 :) this will only work in manual on my k30 if im not mistaken?
