Was just wondering a bit how they work as a pair. Maybe if the winter one was a 1/3 sky instead of 2/3 it would create more tension between them.

Think the summer version is the a bit worse compared to the winter one, dunno why.

I took a dive and held on to the camera and tripod, like all good pentaxians should or something :).

I kept the picture a bit darker since it was already getting a quite dark at the moment it was taken. Good tips so far however.

I guess this picture could've been in the same colorscheme / brightness as the attached picture, but perhaps it would lose some of the mood. Oh well :)

The snow shows up really blue up here at this time of the year, especially after the sunset like in this picture.

The original idea was in fact a diagonal route from left to right and then back left on horizontally to the ski traces on the ice with a few places to stop on the way. :)

Taken on a cold day and the shooting trip cost me a broken rib. I was trying to catch a visual path to the horizon.

Keep the K10D/K20D or go to D300 - A hands on test.

Hi,

Just wondering what sort of racing you are shooting that K10 can't keep up. I mean my smelly old K100 can keep up with 160kph approaching and passing by rally cars in normal light. Usually with taking 3 pic bursts altleast 2 of them are in focus. I haven't shot a lot on a track where the shooting distances can be a bit longer but in the other hand the panning slower. On panning i'm trying to focus on the car number.
