Mine dont do that with the lens cap on... Try a dark spot in the House and zoom In while in Live View Like you was going to focus on a star... This used to work Perfect and Now it dont. My K3II still does it without the noise

Yes it started with a firmware I Think. The Photos still Look amazing But i use Live View to focus On the stars and Landscapes at Night

the focus peaking option as never been turned on

I Have been doing astrophotography with Pentax Cameras for a few years and this is the first 1 that does this

I Have a K1 and a few Months ago the Live View got real snowy. So bad at night I cant use it, I sent it in for repair Just got it back Yesterday and its starting the same thing... Any Ideas?

Im sorry I didnt Catch the Sarcasm, I Used to Shoot MMA and always used Pentax. I got just as good of results as the High $$ other cameras did
