I think that'll work. Thank you! Do you know how long of a shutter it can hold?

Does anyone know of a programmable remote for Pentax DSLRs? I have a K5 and am looking to do longer exposures than 30 seconds; I heard Canon has a remote that lets you plug in your exposure length and I'm just wondering if there's a comparable Pentax product.

Thanks!

Here is what I've edited so far.

She was lit by an orange gel. There were a lot of cool tones painted on the wall and it's in a fairly recessed area, so the light wasn't able to be natural.

Thank you, all, for your support and enthusiasm!

Allie, Verana, Shauntae, and Shauntae's husband Bender and I all went out for a hike before it got cold.

I finally got around to editing some of the photos. I hope you enjoy them! None of Shauntae so far, but Allie and Verana are ready!

I was up late working and decided to wind down by editing a couple shots with some new ideas I had. Here are the results.

I'm always open to feedback, but these turned out exactly how I wanted. :)

Does anyone know of a decent underwater housing for the K-5?

My wife and I are going on a cruise and I'd love to take our camera snorkeling with us. I did a search and all the results were outdated, so I figured I would get something up to date.

Thank you!

Shauntae, her husband, and I went for a little hike outside Tucson. We encountered some lovely weather and had a little shoot.

I've been working on using only natural light and aiming for a softer, hazy look.

Larger, more detailed images can be found here. Just click the image to see it bigger. You can see rain sprinkles in the 3/4 length one. :)

Hey all.

I found this model while browsing Instagram and adored her look. I asked her to shoot with me and she agreed. I tried out a few techniques I've been wanting to get down, including a slightly hazy feel to an image. This image is that.

Here's the body I used:
Pentax K5 K-5 Digital SLR Camera Body, Black 14748

This would be the lens:
Pentax SMC P-DAL 55-300mm F/4-5.8 ED Lens 21897

And oh, hey, here's the main kit I use!
Pentax K-30 Digital SLR Camera with 18-55 DAL Lens and - 55-300 DAL Lens, Black 15656

Aperture not fully opening

Okay, got a bit of an odd question.

I've been playing around with settings on my K-5 and have stumbled upon a conundrum. After changing something, I can no longer fully open my aperture. For instance, I'll try to go fully open at 3.5 and it'll only let me go to 5.

Yes, I'm shooting manual, etc., it's just this one issue. No, I don't have the lens zoomed at all during this.

Thank you for any help.
