I love reading everything on this forum and am addicted to Takumar lens. I have won some auctions on Ebay and now have three Taks in wonderful condition:
SMC 55mm F1.8
135mm F3.5
200mm F4
Both the 135 and 200 came in original cases with both covers and all three look brand new. I use a Sony Alpha 100 camera and love it but have a hard time going back to my Sony AF lenses (35-70 and 70-300) after using the Takumars. I am learning more every day about just how great these lenses are and sometimes I just sit and marvel at the workmanship. No plastic...just metal and glass. Even the cases...leather and felt.
Anyway, love the forum and will continue to read and contribute even though I don't use a Pentax camera.
