Hello, I use a Metz flash, and was wondering with P-TTL does the camera take into consideration the settings that have been made on the flash, when it relays info to the flash unit, or for this to work correctly does the flash have to be set a certain way. Hope that makes sense, I often use my flash off camera as a slave and change the power, or zoom settings, and was wondering how that affects P-TTL. Thanks Cecil.

Thanks to you both, I thought maybe I could find a t2 mount to k mount in chrome but no luck , i'll try sanding.

Hello, my name is Cecil , Im new here...my question is, I have been experimenting with the catch in focus feature on my K-x and with a 28mm mf lens it works fine, when I attach my 500mm mf lens it fires as soon as i press the shutter release, neither lens has any contact points for data transmission, but the base on the 28mm is shiny chrome looking, and the 500mm is black metal. Any Ideas?
