Hi has anyone tried the lens fine adjustment setup on the K3 using the Pentax 60-250 lens if so how did it come out ?

Can anyone explain the AFA auto function mode on the K3 as I have recently acquired K3 and find the manual to be inadequate, Also what is the optimum SD card speed for the K3
