The real reason I asked is I sold my 28-300 DL Sigma AF to a guy in Greece. [I am in UK]
It is in pristine condition and worked fine on my MZ50 film slr however he is now saying his new K30 says motor not working. and it will not auto focus.
I have read that the AF can have a compatability problem on some digitals and that you have to work in manual.
I did not know how he intended to use the lens, or on what, or how he has handled it in the last few days. or if perhaps he expected something that the Sigma does not provide.
The lens left me in as new condition with no dust, fungus, or any problems however he is now wanting a full refund.
Seems I am about to get screwed!

Is anyone able to tell me if the SIGMA DL 28-300 is compatible with the K30
The lens was used on an MZ50 with some success and I know it is supposed to work on Digital but can anyone reassure me?
Does anyone have any experience.
I am new here so please be patient
