Hello, I'm Rick.
I've been lurking here from time to time before.
After being surprised by a rain storm a few years ago, I switched from K100 to the then new K5.
Maybe a bit overkill for my (as we say in Dutch) "home, garden and kitchen" fotography, only shooting jpeg, but never regretted it. I love it!
I haven't been shooting a lot lately, but plan to change that. First step: register here.
