Gotta read the feedback and get context. There's also a lot of idiot buyers leaving feedback.
They sell mostly refurb tablets, so I'm sure some a bad on receipt. Seller looks fine to me.
Should the seller get dinged with neutral feedback in these examples?...
"Defective tablet. Returned for refund."
"had problems with the screen 3 days later. not sellers fault"
negative...
"One more chance to make it right and refund $50.00 before feedback is posted." ... this was a $230 item and buyer wanted 25% refund... feedback extortion

Well even if gray market, calling it a "POS" is not called for. For some people 200 to 300 savings is worth the risk, that's not an insignificant amount.

I can't find on pentax web site list of authorized dealers. just one page to enter zipcode which if not exact returns nothing, not even near dealers, looked very unhelpful.

Where do you see "instead of", it says in the box all the pentax items that come in the K-3 box. The battery and charger are cheapie extras.
Let's no try to spread unfactual information.
You guys have to understand the ebay buyer protection feature. It's easy to return if you don't get what you expect.
I bet this price jumps up on 12/3 after the MAP restriction is back in place.

I think the ebay feedback at 99.1% is fine, you'll have nitwits leaving negative feedback because priced dropped after they bought something as an example.
With ebay buyer protection it's easy enough to return if you don't get what you expect.

I think this price is good thru Monday so wait and see what else crops up. I'd like IIs or K-3 deal
The K-5 II with 18-135 at 799 + 50/1.8 add on for 119 is pretty good.

I've used rakuten several times over the last couple months, no issues at all. I think it's overblown this CC issue.
There's maybe some risk, but with the super points promotions they run periodically it's the only was to get big discounts
on camera items which have fixed pricing everywhere.

I've bought from this seller (cameraland) before. They're legit and have good prices. Now if none sells for a day or 2 you might see them drop the price another $25 give or take.

Focus peaking with MF lenses is great. Had a Sony A77, was great for that, especially with the EVF.

K5-iis or D7100, both good bodies. I'd figure out which system has the lenses you want 1st then pick body.
The lenses will end up costing more than the body by the time you've built a system.
