I put a link of these sales of mine to dyxum.com (Sony/Minolta forum) as well....because of that great Minolta 200mm f2.8 lens. As I'm a newbie on that forum, I could not put that Minolta lens on sale there directly. But it was really me on there too....if someone from that forum would visit on here.

Unfortunately it looks like that EMS-parcels sended from Finland to Romania will loose their tracking ability as they arrive to Romania ground.
So I'm sorry, but I do not want to ship this lens to Romania because of that.

Based on my experience...optically these TCs are probable the best ones (1,4x and 2x) what you can find & use with your F* 300mm (as larger Pentax X-L versions will not suit/work). To say that.... I have had earlier Pentax 1,7x AF-TC, Tamron 1,4x (plus some other third parties TCs). But with these you will loose af.
And as natural...2x-s will influence more to the quality of photos than 1.4x-s.

The lens is ok shape (glasses are fine) and only some small marks of use are in barrel (see photos). The lens build in hood will open just after the gold ring and the last thich white part of hood is stucked to the barrel (see the last photo). Also there are small looseness in barrel...both of those issues are more like aestetic things. Both caps, Hoya UV-filter (filter has one small starch), and originally case are included.
2.) Pentax A 1.4X-s
Asking price: 150US$ + shipping costs. See details below.
The TC is fine shape (glasses are fine) and there are no marks of use in barrel.

I'm selling excellent conditions and extreamy RARE Vivitar Series 1 55mm f1.2 lens (K-bajonet). There are no stracthes or other kind marks of use on lens and the glasses are also in great shape. With lens there will be both caps, Asian 58mm hood, Marumi MC-UV filter (which have been used all the time) and soft case. Basically only the front (plastic) cap has two very small stractches. I do not have original box anymore.

I would like to ask the market prices of below lenses of mine (without shipping costs). Am I quite close...if I would say about 640US$ for 1. one, about 1050US$ for 2. one, about 1150US$ for 3. one and 2350US$ for the last? Lenses are in good shape...there are some marks in zoom's hood (as can be seen via photos).

Thanx for the responses.
The main reason why I asked this in the first place was that those 4 lenses are expensive ones.
Starts to look like EMS parcell still could be an option here (offereing some kind of tracking). Still needs to check/clarify that and warranty issues bit more carefully:hmm:. By then a parcell (less than 5kg)...would be about 83euros to USA...and surely less to some other EU-countries here in Europe.

I'm leaving from Pentax (and I have already sold a lot of camera stuff here locally). But I might need to sell my last Pentax lenses to abroads. By then there are two things which worries me a lot...the buyers (unhonest ones) and possible shipping problems. If some real courier companies (like UPS, DHL etc.) are used...delivery from door to door... the shipping costs would easily be very expensive (somewhere between 120-180US$) depending on final destination....and other shipping methods can hardly carantee unbroken tracking services via whole shipping (they just can give you a warranty if the parcell would dissapear while shipping). So I'm just wondering how sellers have resolved these issues? Just keeping fingers up...and hoping that everything goes well...and the buyer will be honest person, or?
And what would be the good reasons to put that gear on sale here and what on the other hand would support to use Ebay?

What comes to that 55mm Vivitar. Sorry, I can not help you very much here:confused:. It's K-bajonet lens and very rare one. For example Wikipedia does not recognize it at all Vivitar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have newer owned any other f1.2 lens, so I have not done any comparisions. My simply & wild guess is that perhaps it could be similar as 55mm f1.2 lenses made by Tomioka (based on it's specs)? + Vivitar's own coating (VMC)...see Pentaxforums. link:

Okey.
Perhaps by then optically the best TC choice for FA* 400mm would be 1.4x-s, or?
I have tested that lens with Tamron af TC 1.4X TC, but the results has not been what I would like to see. Same Tamron surely works well with my F* 300mm f4.5....

I would like to know could I use Pentax A 1.4X-L teleconverter with FA* 400mm f5.6 lens? Has anybody tested that?
Why asking this is that I remember read somethere that 1.4x-L TC could not be used together with A 400mm f5.6, despite of fact it's longer than 300mm lens.
Either A 400mm f5.6 or FA* 400mm f5.6 are not mentioned in this forum's lens list:

Still that seemed not to be true with A 400mm f5.6 atleast
(because that lens is actually mentioned the tc's manuel:

Also if reading the first link's comments....one forum's member has actually used 1.4x-L with A 400mm f5.6.
So...how about FA* 400mm and 1.4x-L?
By away...I also owned Vivitar A-22 extension tube set (inc. 12mm, 20mm, and 36mm with KA-bajonet). So if FA* 400mm would not have enought space for 1.4x-L, how about try to use it together with combo (FA* 400mm + 12mm extension tube)? Any sense?
