PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing Item for Sale
DA 35 f2.8 Limited Macro Asking Price
435 plus paypal fees Item Location
Austin, TX Item Description
This is an absolutely pristine copy of this modern classic lens. I'm the original owner and I kept everything that came with it: the box, owner's manual, the leatherette pouch, front and rear lens caps, even the silica packs.
Just about the only way to distinguish this lens from a brand new one are a few small rub marks on the front cap.
I've sold items here recently and have excellent feedback. Are you the original owner of the item being sold?
Yes Are you selling or trading this item?

Absolutely pristine D-BG2 battery grip with a DL-150 battery included. The grip and the battery are less than a year old so they are in great shape. I have the box, the manual, the little protective cap, everything that comes with one when bought new.
Shipping in the US will probably be 5 to 7 dollars. No PayPal fee.

PENTAX SMC FA 50MM F1.4 Asking Price
$265 Item Location
Austin, TX Item Description
This is an absolutely pristine copy of this classic lens. I am the original owner and baby all my equipment. I have the original box, owner's manual, lens caps, etc. You'd be hard pressed to tell this from a brand new lens.
I ship quickly and wrap everything very well (tons of bubble wrap) before sending it on its way. I usually ship USPS Priority Mail but am open to another carrier if you prefer.
I take PayPal or USPS Money Order. If paying by PayPal, all I ask is that we split the fee.
I have 100% feedback on ebay and have recently sold stuff here on the Pentax Marketplace. Are you the original owner of the item being sold?

Tamron 28-75 f2.8 Asking Price
$350 Item Location
Austin, TX Item Description
This is a perfect copy of this constant-aperture zoom lens. I am the original owner and have taken excellent care of it. I've inspected it under bright light and there is not a nick or scratch on it. Comes with the original box, the hood, both lens caps, and the owner's manual.
Great portrait FOV for crop sensor Pentaxs. I used it on my K10D and found that it focuses quickly and renders colors with a 3D pop that rivals Pentax's best.
I have 100% feedback on ebay and have sold some equipment here as well.
I prefer payment by USPS money order, but if you want to use PayPal that's fine. I'll just ask that we split the 2.9% fee.
I usually use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, but if you would like to use another carrier I am open to that. I ship quickly and pack equipment extremely well. Are you the original owner of the item being sold?

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing Item for Sale
Pentax AF540 Flash Asking Price
$295 Item Location
Austin, TX Item Description
This is a very lightly used copy of this flash. Bought new from B&H, it comes with everything: the stand, the carrying pouch, instructions, and the original box. I listed it a few months ago, then had a change of heart and decided to keep it so I withdrew the ad. Now, with the K5 coming out it is time to clear out what is not being used and get some cash ready.
Its condition is almost indistinguishable from new, except for one tiny scratch, about a quarter-inch long, near the upper left corner in the picture. You have to move it around under a bright light to even find it.
It's probably had fewer than 100 pops so it is in really outstanding condition. Are you the original owner of the item being sold?
Yes Are you selling or trading this item?

Jim:
Ooh, no, I've never thought about that. I've never filled either of my 2 Kingston cards to capacity. I actually kind of avoid them because they are slower than my 2GB Lexar cards. And the 2GB gives me plenty of storage for an average shooting outing.

Except it's not really a problem for me. I also have a K10D with 1.30 firmware and Kingston 4GB SDHC cards. Formatting in the camera produces the "memory card error" message, but nothing seems to be wrong.
I have been shooting on these cards for a few months now, and despite the ominous message, have not experienced any problems.

Now THAT is funny! Yeah, I forgot about the cracker business. But they're third tier. All the really serious snackers eat Grahams or Saltines.

Another vote for "Understanding Exposure". Just a really, really great book. I recently picked up the Scott Kelby book "The Digital Photography Book" (I got the Part II one) and like the general design--he gives you solutions to specific problems, as if he were standing over your shoulder on a shoot--but talk about cutesy! The goofy tone wears thin really fast. At least it did for me.

I just took delivery of some Alien Bees CyberSync radio transmitter/receivers and I think I messed up. Just assumed that the 540, being a modern flash, would have a PC port. The CyberSyncs ship with a min-plug to PC cord, but when I popped open the rubber cover on my flash I only found a power supply port and a 5pin sync port.
Ack! I know, I know. I should have researched it better.
Can anyone help me? How do I connect the AB CyberSync receiver to an AF540 flash?
Thanks.

Oh, c'mon. This is just a failure of the imagination. I hit mine with my nose all the time. In fact, that's how I operate all the buttons on my K10D. I find the nasal ergonomics of the Pentax products superior to Canon or Nikon :p

I have this bag for my K10D. It is an excellent "walk-around" bag. Can't go wrong with it. Good luck in selling it. Someone should snap it up.
