OptiGo Pentax wg-1 does not turn on and blank screen

Hi good morning,

I have a Pentax OptiGo wg-1. The camera does not turn on and when it does shows completely blank screen. The camera does not receive any blow. Any idea? I guess I just have to send it for service: (
