My apologies to all - I'm not a Pentax camera user. But by way of introduction, I'm 67 yrs. old - an amateur astronomer for over 50 yrs. But I have used an old M42 Pentax SMC 200mm f/4 with film on a Mamiya-Sekor 1000DTL of the Pentax Spotmatic era. I now use the lens on a Sony NEX-5N (APS-C). So I'll be posting a limited lens review of the 200 mm lens, and hopefully include an astro-photo that shows the lens' superb corner definition wide open. Stars look like points, even in extreme corners, which is rare for any lens, particularly wide open. Not much else to say at this point. So I'll be posting the lens review shortly.
Best Regards,
Russ
