The one disadvantage of the 18-135 is the size. It is a little longer than the 18-55. There are times when the smaller size is convenient.

I am a Pentax addict. Probably a camera addict. I have 1 K1000, 3 Me Super, 1 MV, Pentax 110 with 3 lenses, flash & winder (w/broken battery on the winder), 1 PZ 10, 1 PZ 20, K500, and all sorts of lenses from fisheye to 800mm. I still like film and have a darkroom. Some of the others go back to a 1893 Cycle Poco with case. I like the bellows cameras and sometimes use them. I also have 6 TLRs with WA & Tele attachments. I used to do weddings back in the 60s -80s. My first camera was a Rolfix from Montgomery Ward that I got in 1952. I still have it.
