If you need a wide-angle lens, what would you choose? The Pentax 15mm f4 HD, the HD Pentax 16-85mm f / 3.5-5.6 or the Sigma 17-50mm f / 2.8?
Deciding factor: greater clarity on the wide-angle. The 3 are most sharper lenses I have seen in the reviews. Are there any lens I'm letting pass?.
I am seeking to make panoramic pictures. I have a good b + w 49mm polarizer, just the 15mm filter ring, but a friend tells me that the polarizing effect is not good at super angle lenses. I use the 49mm polarizer filter in the Da 35mm f2,4.
Please help. Thank you.

It is the Bag40. Its is very big. The 50 is wider but a little less long.
Its is a picture with a long Tair 3S 300mm. There is plenty more space.

Hello, I'm a young fan (28 years old) of Pentax from Lima, Peru. I've been watching the forum in a little over a year. Incredible forum, lots of useful information. perhaps the best forum for photography in the world.
I dont know why, just felt a feeling with the brand and all its history. I've been collecting a lot of legacy cameras and objectives m42 recently.
Pentax has an official representative in Peru since 2012 and until short time ago their cameras were sold in the largest department store in the country (something like BestBuy in USA). The bad news is that the brand is no longer there, but keep selling in the largest online store of brand new products in Peru. Let's see how it comes with the time. In Peru there is a small, but fanatical, amount of pentax users, like in worlwide I think. Pentax is one of those small brands that continue fighting despite having been overtaken in terms of marketing and financial backing for others brands due to their vast number of users that had years before. I dont know how was the market share in the 60's, 70's and 80's in the world but in the antiques stores of Lima much of the used film cameras are Pentax (and Zenits, how you can imagine in a developing country). Was Pentax like the Rebels of that era?
I have Pentax users friends with whom we exchanged old and new lenses.. I'm waiting the succesor of the K30 to buy it, or wait some time the price drop of K3.
Here is a picture of parte of my Pentax collection.
Best regards friends!
