Good fun. It's like if Ron Mael out of Sparks was more energetic. And played the drums.

given the rates you'll get for news photos you could find this more lucrative as a blackmail shot; especially with two possible payers You Tube |

Went to see guitar genius Brian May at the Edinburgh Book Festival, where he was promoting a book about 19th century stereo photography alongside Roger Taylor (not the drummer).
As well as talking about the work of George Washington Wilson, Brian mentioned his own forays into the world of 3-D photography and a book he published featuring his own stereo images, many of his own group Queen.
Lomography covered this nicely in a post Stereo Photography: An Interview with Brian May · Lomography and whilst it doesn't disclose the stereo camera Brian used, you can't argue with his impecible taste in conventional 35mm SLRs

One of those rare occasions where making a spectacle of yourself pays off. Excellent portrait.

clearly 'acceptable' condition has different meanings to different people.
Joking aside I have seen books listed at ridiculous prices quite a few times to the extent that I'm wondering if these 'prices' were created to, say, fool a financial report by overstating the value of a bookshop's assets

You'll end up frustrated trying to work out why certain pictures get more likes on FB. Takes pictures for yourself and you'll be a lot happier

I agree with a pre-focus and continuous shooting. It sounds like a very photogenic subject; I hope you are able to post up your results

Very little to criticise here; the only suggestion is maybe crop just above the dish (when I scrolled down the picture looked great until the plate came into view)

Strange, because I thought Olympus changed their M camera to OM because Leica already had M cameras OLYMPUS | Olympus History: OM Series 'The OM-1 initially went on sale as the M-1. However, the product created such an impact that Leica asked Olympus to change the name. '

I use a Sigma 170-500mm lens bought after trying out an MTO 500mm lens; I have tried a few mirror lenses and the MTO was the best of these. I was frustrated by the lack of iris control, autofocus and the doughnut effect. But certainly the MTO gave very nice results and was worthwhile as a cheapish way to see if a 500mm lens is for you before splashing out a significant amount of cash.
