K30 w/ 18-135mm or K5 w/ 18-55mm AL WR & SMCP-DA 50-200mm WR

Im new to buying a DSLR but had narrowed it down to the K 30 w/ 18-135 WR DA ( Pentax K-30 Digital SLR Camera with 18-135 WR (Weather Resistant) DA Lens, Black 15635 ) but now i see the K5 for super cheap in a bundle w/ 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL "WR" Zoom Lens & SMCP-DA 50-200mm f/4-5.6 ED "WR" ( Pentax K-5 Camera w/18-55mm Lens, Bundle w/Pentax 50-200mm Lens & MORE 14762 C ) .

Questions are is the K5 that out of date that i should not get it?
Are lenses that come with K5 worth it?
Is the tech in the k30 better than k5?
The k50 is coming out will price drop enven farther on the K30 or K5?
how do the 3 kit lenses compare to each other?

As a newb i just dont know, I plan on taking concert photos inside and outside, nature scenes, macro, portrait
