Hi all,
I just recievd my new Kr from Digital Camera Warehouse which they offered with the Sigma ef-530dg ST flash.
Problem is when I put it on the images are all majorly over exposed. The iso is set to auto and it's taking the shot at 1600iso. Everyting else is set to auto so I thought P-ttl should work??
Anyone got some advice please!!

Thanks for the stories.
Today is the remembrance day to the Vietnam Vets over here, 'Long Tan' day.
Everytime I hear the the song 'I was only nineteen' I get a chill down my spine. The job those young blokes did shouldnt be forgotten..........

Maybe because of when we shoot with digital or used too we took more care to take images of things that really mattered to us.
Now we tend to try to out do each other with the sharpest best exposed image, instead of turning our life into our personal documentory. So then the images mean so much more for us because the evoke personal emotion!

Just a side to this guys, how long should the Eneloops last. Not per charge but thier overall life.
I have some here that are only about a year old and dont seem to last at all.
Also have some Uniross Hybrids that have been fantastic.

This will prove to be an interesting thread seeing what personal history people draw their creativity from.
I flunked out of highschool at 15 with no creativity going on and got myself an apprenticeship to be a jeweller which I have now been for 17 years.
Photographiclly I bought a chinon(pentax mount at age 18) and owned a series of pentax's since thene and never really saw what I was doing as creative. More like a personal Photo narrative which I still enjoy going through. I know I have improved over the years but not as quickly as others but that wasnt my reason for starting either.
Now my creativity extends to things like the welder (just made a steel lady bug)and the house.
I think creativity just happens without us looking for it. Thats what makes individual creativity so interesting and diverse.

Yeh i believe that about the HQ's after seeing a recent episode of topgear where they were drivin the GTHO. Looks like they could be a real handfull to drive at speed some of these old tubs!

I like this as a sort of montage of images.
Seems to create a story all of it's own, and the moody low saturation suits it...

Second one for me to.
The first looks like a shot for a skin product, which is fine if thats what your selling but the second seems to tell a bit of a story and makes you wonder whats going on.....

I like the last 2 especially the shaver, has nice depth.
