I know that nobody will vote for a spider but I love the way these Leaf-wrapping Spiders make their little homes. They stay tucked away in them all day and even at night it takes a few subtle tricks to get them to come out and show themselves.
I have added this image from flicker for resolution but there also seems to be quite a difference in colour!

Sorry, I do not have anything from Birštonas. My colleague is from Prienai (which is very close to Birštonas) and she is always telling how beautiful Birštonas is. I am planing to go to this town someday, because of its SPA with mineral waters and etc., but I haven't been there yet, because Druskininkai is my main choice for such leisure time. As for Grigiškės... Well, I never had any plans to go there, because it doesn't seem to be an interesting place. Although I might be very wrong. Highway goes almost through the middle of Grigiškės, and I went through there many times going to Vilnius. But thats it.
Here are two more pictures. This time from Šventoji. There are many things wrong this there photos. Actually, most of the thing are wrong, but I simply like them. It might be related with a very good time in there.
PP with Raw Therapee was used.

Pentax K-30 + 18-55mm DA WR. Hate and love this lens at the same time*.
Last weekend's experiment ended up as desktop picture on my PC:
Drunken (not proud about that) experiment at night. Not much to look at, but still:
This summer in my hometown. I had K-30 only for few days and was running around happy like a child with a new toy car.
Just another experiment after few days with a camera:
Some wooden statue of Palemonas, legendary ancestor of ancient Lithuania dukes, near Seredžius church.
Juniper valley near my home town:
*Hate this lens can be used only stopped down to f8. It is dark enough and you have to stop down even more. But after I was caught in a sudden rainfall this summer without any cover, I had no stress at all. It such a freedom not to care about rain!

One evening i saw something strange.
at the first moment (despite that i know - in europe don`t live) i think it is hummingbird. Realy is a butterfly which don`t stop flying and drink the nectar from flowers.
I think it is this one Agrius convolvuli - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Thank for your comments.
