Just purchased a Yn-560iii Speedlite and looking for a bit of information, I've got the flash working in S1 and S2 mode and I'm very happy with the results, however when trying to set up for wireless i can't seem to be able to get it to work, i thought as there is a wireless mode on my K5 it may have worked, I've changed the channel on the flashgun put it in the hotshot and turned camera on with no guide from camera as to what channel the its on. Cant even find what frequency the k5 is on.
Am i barking up the wrong tree and they operate on totally different frequencies, or does the K5 wireless only work with Pentax Flashguns, Just i don't want to go and buy transmitters/receivers if i don't have to.
