The 90mm or 105mm lenses on a 6x7 format camera are equivalent to 45 and 52 mm on a FF 35mm camera. In other words, these lenses have a "normal" FOV. I have taken many landscape photos over the past 35+ years with lenses like these. Not all landscape photos need to be expansive views. It is often the less expansive views of natural landscapes, rocks, trees etc that appeal most to me.

Here is a photo of my buddy from a backpacking trip late last summer. Cooking dinner along the shore of Green Lake with Broken Top in the background. Sous vide pork chops, rice/peppers and a view that was hard to beat.

I always wish that I had ordered prints, something about looking at a hard copy photo especially when it comes from a hard copy negative.....but MF can be pricey just to shoot and get your roll back so hard to always justify it.
