Yes, I have a K-5 and K-3, nice to have the option of a shorter lens on one and something a little longer on the other. Keeping options open :)

Absolutely yes. When I was doing some photography in Toowoomba all they had was Paterson reels and tanks and they worked flawlessly. I had one my self that would always stick. When I got the Jobo reels, no sticking at all. I I'm talking about completely dry reels here also.

If you go plastic reels and tank I reckon the Jobo are miles ahead of Paterson, some of the Paterson are ok, but can get stuck with these, yes i know keep them dry, no such sticking with the Jobo.

I always found Rodinal too active for my liking, it has its uses eg. in an short time educational setting where single use dev. is needed.
I know it is favoured by stand developers, some use HC 110.
Rodinal could give tri-x gritty street scenes a certain look, but really ID-11 was/is way better.
A friend uses stand developing and always has small issues with it on 120 film, less issues with 35mm film.
He is always at me to start using film again, maybe I should, if I did that I'd want a dark room again :)

I used to use ID-11 as my go to developer for any film, mainly plus-x pan, tri-x, and the fuji films, I always went by manufacturers instructions and got good results.
As an old photography teacher said to me, do art with images not the chemistry :)
But having said that, why not give it a try.

I would hope for a relaunch of the Plus-X Pan 125, really like that film, used it a lot years ago. various papers, some on warm tone paper and some selenium tone and fibre.

Toyota ute for me, can't see the use of sedans or those rediculous townie four wheel drives, if you can't throw stuff in the back tray and on the racks or tow bar what use is it :)

May he be dwelling at a higher abode.
His contribution here is to bring understanding of the Pentax Way, The Cameras, I thank him for his work.
I have two of the pdf books, they are a great source of knowledge and I will purchase more if I acquire other cameras.

I do not use a smart phone. I have no use for GPS, WiFi or Video, I put up with having these gimmicks but would prefer they were not present, (if it came without an exposure meter that would be ok too). But, if it came with a tilt screen I probably would not purchase the camera. I prefer the compact robustness of the K-5, K-3 design. If it did come with an articulating screen I would consider it to be a contender for use, particularly as the screen can be set to face inwards so that it is not in use. I do like a top LCD for quick check of settings.
EVF for me is not an option, it has to be OVF all the way, I am not going to use a camera that when I look through the viewfinder I see a video of what I'm looking at, no way, not on. Just as Mirror less is not an option for me. Unless it is K-mount rangefinder, that might be an option.
So for me to hear about a big bright viewfinder on the new one is special, good news, I'm keen to hear other specifications especially about focus and the like. Pentax is doing a good job in my opinion.
