Sorry, it means a scope, 66mm diameter of the objective, and 400mm focal lenght, making it an f/6 system.

I recently bought a 300A, unfortunately, the mount is damaged, but I'm not able to remove it.
I suppose it is screwed in place?
Would like to use this lens on my k-30. |

I second Glen Coe, plus loch lomond and perhaps a stroll on the Ben with the same name.

Concerning video: I think a gopro or something similar, filming the spectators/surrounding as it gets dark might be quite nice.

Nowadays there are also apps like eclipse orchestra and the like, they allow you to make a script.
Practice beforehand, a lot!

In preparation for this eclips, I bought a skywatcher star adventurer tracking mount. As usually is the case with most astronomical buys, weather will stay cloudy for the next couple of days, so I haven't tested it yet.
Till now, I used a manfrotto 410 geared head on a 294A3 tripod, might upgrade the tripod for the tracking mount, but for now, it can handle it.
Will try to shoot in white light with a small refractor, 400mm focal lenght, f5.6 and solar filter (baader).
Currently reading in on eclipse orchestra and apps alike to make a script.
Best to practice a lot beforehand. If something goes wrong during the eclips: just forget about the photography and enjoy the moment, it will be over in no time.
