Camera shake in my images. I don't have the steadiest hands in the world, but image stabilization usually keeps most of my images clear. Now if seems to always come up a little blurry. Doesn't matter what lens. Unless I push my shutter speed way up, the pictures are slightly blurry.

I was not aware of that. I thought it used stabilization like my k-50 used to.

The in-camera stabilization isn't working on my k-3ii. It won't even do a dust removal. Any easy fixes or do I have to have it repaired? Any guesstimates on how much it will cost if I have to have it repaired? Thanks in advamce.

Love my k-50. I have the DA 55-300 ED/WR lens and it's become my go-to lens. I like to shoot birds and animals during the day. Consider buying a Vivitar 2x macro teleconverter off of e-bay. I bought one and it not only gives your lens extra length, it will turn that 55-300 into a really good macro lens too.

Hi fellow Pentaxians!
My name is Phil and I'm taking pictures in Buckhannon, WV. I'm pretty new at DSLR photography, so I'm pretty sure I'll be on here quite a bit looking for tips and suggestions on how to take great pictures (thanks in advance for all the help :)). I just bought a k-50 about 3 weeks ago and have had a blast learning to use it. I'm going to try my hand at shooting star trails in a few days (if it turns out, I'll post the picture).
I found this site the first day I had the camera and have been coming back to the site almost every night. There's so much great info on here. I'll probably live on this site for a while. Thanks to the people who created it.

I've had my k-50 for about a month and just heard and felt the "clunk" for the first time tonight. Being a DSLR neophyte, I freaked out. Thank God I came on here and found this thread.
