DA 1.4X AW AF Rear Teleconverter

I have this teleconverter and I have read that it is supposed to work with full frame lenses. So far with both of my full frame lenses (100MM macro and 150-450mm zoom ) it crops both of these as though it were on a crop sensor camera. Is there a setting in camera that I am supposed to check. The dial is not on crop. Help!

Rented the 150-450 lens to take photos of the spring activity of the Osprey's and Eagles. So far only Osprey's are more active. I did find out that using TAv is a better option for me with BIF photos. I am loving this lens! Has anyone had any issues when using this lens? Thinking about purchasing it just looking for any issues that I have not seen yet.

Thanks for the advice. When I thought I had the same settings saved I had forgotten that when using Tv it was choosing the aperture for me (beginner :)). I will try the TAv. I generally shoot in Tv for my kids sports.

K3 ii settings

Can anyone help me with some settings? I take photos of my boys baseball games and when I use the TV setting the photos are ok but when I try and save the same setting under USER 1 they are very dark. Everything is the same as in the TV setting. The next question is about using the Pentax 1.4x converter. The images are always soft and I am not sure how to get them sharp. I have tried all different settings. I just recently upgraded from the K5 and went with the K3 II because of the lenses that I have.
