It is razor sharp if it's stopped down to F3.5. However, it is pretty much unusable for my taste wide open at F2 or F2.8. I would say this lens has the same colour rendition as their 35MM F0.95 for the NEX.

I got my two lenses, the 85mm f2.0 and the 135mm f2.8 yesterday. The 85mm is only usable when it's stopped down to f2.8 or smaller. At f2.0 a lot of CA, fringing, blooming and extremely soft, no matter what the focal distance is. Even at f2.8 purple fringing is till visible. At f3.5 everything get sharper and it's extremely good. Also the 135m f2.8 is usable at f2.8 with the exception of purple fringing, it sort of disappears once it's stopped down to again f3.5. I would like to point out that the colour rendition is excellent. In my opinion the colours are much much better than the early Pentax SMC lenses. I am not sure if people want to spend nearly $200 to shoot with lenses at f3.5 just for a set of different colours.
