Really thinking about this lens, I have the DA15 for when I want the really wide into-the-sun shots so flare shouldn't bother me too much. But for indoors, birthday parties, star shots and indoor/evening events this seems like an amazing lens.

In Sweden its 8.3k versus 5k for the 40 (in swedish krona, rough translation to dollars: 780 for 40 and 1300 for the 43 in $).

I've been considering another limited to go with my DA 15 for a while now but couldnt decide between the 40 and 70. Now that I finally decided I opted for a HD 40 instead of the now slightly cheaper SMC 40, but I wont be upgrading my 15 to a HD one, id rather put that money towards the 70.
