I inquired about it, and it's actually the 150-500mm APO DG OS. Apparently the reason for the "fair" rating is a bit of lubricant appearing on the inside of the outer barrel but if someone's interested, it's physically at the Burnaby location for testing/inspection.

The price is quite reasonable despite this.

McBains has the KS2 with the 18-50 MM Kit lens on sale for $649 Canadian. They don't have that many in stock but for those interested thought I would pass it along. This was too good a deal for me to pass up and $120 cheaper than the K70 with the 18-55 lense I had originally intended to buy..Better kit lens and less money, whats not to like?
