I just guess there is some inside, under the metal (aluminum) barrel, when holding it along with the 31 and 77, just pure guessing since it's a little bit lighter than the two other high-grade lenses. But if you own it, you have a better insight than mine for sure :lol:.
As a K3 owner, I like it a lot as a wide angle lens, especially the silent AF and the WR which will enable me to shoot under almost all weather condiions. Considering buying it when it is released.

Have some time with the lens yesterday, feel rugged, rather heavy (may be same as 77 or 31, but build quality may lag behind the two lens with more plastic parts, I think, except with WR), sharp from 2.8-4 (to my eye), look nice on K3 silver
