Same on my K-3II - Shutter won't open at all... Less than 3 months old...

That was my first thing to try but unfortunately that didn't work.
Mirror lifts but the shutter....

Yesterday the shutter on my K-3 II stopped working. I was out in the garden taking som photos and suddenly the next shot showed to be very dark and the next one was all black.
Are there others out there who have had the same problem?
I bought the camera (brand new) in late February.

I decided to go for the K-3 II with battery grip (for < 900$) and I love it. However after almost 4 years with the K-50 I can't get used to the AF-buttons position on the K-3 II ... I guess I'll get used to it but the last two weeks have been a struggle. 😂

I've been looking at the specs of the new K-70 but I'm unsure what to buy. I'm about to buy a second camera to use together with my K-50 but I really want something that's a step up from the K-50.
Question is: K-70 or K-3 II

I've been using my kit lenses for almost a year now and i feel it's time to get some better equipment
This is a great chance to get a better lens and a way to push my photography in the right direction.

Thank you for your warm welcoming. I did choose the red K-50 so my friends (all owners of black cameras) would have something to complain about ;-)
The reason why I bought a Pentax is that I've been a sucker for Pentax cameras since I was a kid (early 80's). An older guy in my neighborhood was a photographer for a lokal newspaper and also a really good wildlife photographer. I still remember one time when he came back from a trip to Alaska and invited me to look at some pictures. He also showed me his cameras - all of them Pentax. However it took me 30 years to buy one myself.
I promise to post some images soon.

Hi there,
I'm from Sweden, and a happy owner of a K-50. I bought it a month ago and it is my first "Quality Camera" so I don't have any experience at all when it comes to this kind of cameras.
Just found this forum so I haven't really had time to look around yet but from the little I've seen so far it feels like here is help to be found (if anything happens) no doubt about it.
