This lens from Japan costs about $675.00 shipped, It's $800-850.00 in the U.S.

I am noticing that. : ) This camera is a whole different animal compared to a point and shoot, I'm sure I will be reading a lot on this forum and asking plenty of questions.

Thanks for the quick reply Adam. I don't think I would like to deal with an international warranty if something did happen. I am looking to purchase the Pentax-D FA 100mm f/2.8 WR Macro Lens but don't have $800 right now to spend on it.

Has anyone purchased brand new Pentax lenses on Ebay but shipped from Japan? Will I still be able to register it and get a U.S warranty?
