Just be sure to wait the full cure time not just the set time before assembling the lens again.

JB Weld is the best readily available adhesive for metal to metal bonding in my opinion. The non-quick version is stronger but that shouldn't matter.
I would caution that superglue can damage plastics and possibly lens coatings with the outgassing vapors. I don't think epoxy will do this but be aware of the potential problem. These are inexpensive lenses easily replaced cheaply so maybe worth trying.

I had the same problem with my K500, aperture block failure. I first tried continuous shoot mode which freed up the camera aperture lever, then bought an AA battery holder and switched to using rechargeablles
This was several weeks ago and seems to have fixed the problem. I read on the forum that AA batteries have a higher voltage over the standard battery and can jolt the electronics back into working correctly.

Ever since I became aware of this issue, an "emergency pocket" in my K-30 bag has contained several older lenses - manual focus, but with aperture rings.
