Pentax Forums: I would like to make a donation, but have no intention of joining PayPal. That noted, I clicked on the option to use a credit card and was twice ushered into the PayPal site. At first I thought I was just entering my data as is customary and typical for a on-line credit card purchase. Unfortunately the farther down the page I went - I realized that I was also signing-up for a PayPal Membership - which I DO NOT desire to have.

I very much agree with the comments of several other folks, in that most ALL of the Photos were excellent. It was most difficult to select my view of the best of the group, however I really appreciated #11's use of artificial light (auto lights, etc.) and natural light. Thank you, to all, for sharing.

I'm relatively new here to PF, have learned a lot reviewing the forums and posts, especially appreciate Adam's work, and I am so looking-forward to winning the Pentax 31mm lens. Then I can upload some photos taken with this lens for all to enjoy. :)

I sincerely appreciated the fact that each time I re-opened the link to the photos posted, for this contest, they were arranged in a different order. Given that, I re-opened the link numerous times to confirm my choice for the photo that best fit the theme was the same each time. And, each time it was the Savannah's Candy Kitchen. While not necessarily a creative photo, in that the photographer did not have to do any engineering to prepare for the photo- it simply (in my opinion) speaks to the "theme" by virtue of color and presentation. So, again in my humble opinion, if the photographer was asked to work on an assignment - he/she could well have nailed-it with the contribution of this photo. In addition the photo is of high quality with respect to framing, color/temperature balance, crisp presentation and telling a story.

Thanks to all who contributed, as it is great to see everyone's excellent work. There were definitely several other photos that could easily steal 2nd place and were more creative.
