All good now, Adam.
I was using the DuckDuckGo browser on my phone, which doesn't cooperate with the site.
I installed Firefox and everything works well now.
Thanks for your help.

Hey Adam, in some respects, it's a bit better, but still needs some tweaking. The attached screenshot is what it looks like on my phone.

Curious to know if there are any plans to make the lens and camera reviews sections of the site mobile-friendly?
It would be so much easier to browse.

None! With over 60 lenses and many bodies (film and digital), lenses change quite often.

Sounds like a good idea, so long as you're sure you won't regret the decision two months later.
The others have good recommendations, too, but the 55 would be nice for low light situations, bokeh, weather sealing and such.

Hey Adam,
Looks like you forgot the 55mm f/1.4 lens. I would have chosen that if it was listed.

Please, Adam, can you remove the popups in the lower right-hand corner of the page?
When browsing the camera/lens review pages, this "ad," which serves no useful purpose, gets in the way of the page content (see image). I can minimize it, but it comes right back once I go to another page. Quite distracting and annoying.
Thank you for listening.

In an episode of "How It's Made," there's a Pentax camera attached to a telescope. Looks to be in the P3/P30 family. Located at 4:57. Youtu.be |

I shoot both zoom and prime. One thing I like about primes is the challenge they present. Sure, with a zoom, one can frame the shot just the way they want. A prime (especially if you have only one lens on you) can force you to re-think the framing you originally envisioned. I've captured many good shots that I might not have considered had I been shooting a zoom. And the overall quality of the shot is better. Yes, I can zoom in and out comparing different framing, but that only serves to confuse more than help me decide.

All would serve you well, so there is no wrong choice.
Since the KS-2 and K-70 are newer, I imagine they have better high ISO performance than the K-5 II(s).
As much as I love my K-5 IIs, my suggestion is to go with the KS-2 if you want something now. If you can wait 6 months to a year, go for the K-70.
If an absolute killer deal on a low mileage K-5 II(s) comes your way, then consider that option.

Others here can help more than I, but here are a couple of simple things to try:
1. When you press the shutter button, make sure not to point it at a scene without any contrast/objects, such as the sky or a blank wall.
2. Try another lens if you have one.
