I just wanted to update.

I originally purchased the k3 with the 18-135 mm lens. (they were out of stock with the promotion for the SD card and 50mm lens. The they said in order to get the "package" deal I needed to wait for the other items to be in Stock, to get the "whole" deal. I didn't want to wait do I just ordered the camera with the 18-135 lens. And paid full retail. I also purchased the grip along with it.

Adam, Let me know that (this was a week later) Tha the package just popped back up with "everything" included. (grip, SD card, 50mm lens).

I politely sent them an email and they not only Sent me the SD card, 50mm lens, but they also put the difference of the grip back on my credit card. No questions asked or hagiling for that matter.

In my opinion you just can't get better customer service than that. The best part is, I never even had to call, all done by email. I would also like to say that when you do email them, unlike any other businesses, they got back to me with in hours if not sooner.

Two of my orders were priority overnight and for some reason ups in NJ, both times screwed me and I didn't get my purchases for three to four days. (I'm only 2 1/2 hours away). I contacted B&H through email and both times my credit card was reimbursed for the hiring, along with a Sincere apology.

The problem was not even on B&H end, but they still took care of me. Can't get any better than that.

I just ordered a new photo printer and accessories from them, just for them being so understanding and professional with my dealings. Customer for life.

Haha, I just purchased the k3 with the 18-135 mm lens and battery grip from B&H last week. I didn't get the promotion with the SD card and 50mm lens due to them being out of stock. So I purchased the camera kit full Retail with out the free items. They would not Honor the promotion and send me the lens when it came in though. (I could pre order, but would have to wait for everything. I didn't want to wait being the camera was in Stock). But I figured I'd be better if I had any issues with the camera buying from an AD. Rather than from Amazon. I emailed them this morning and am waiting to see if they will credit my card for the price of the grip. If not, I'll send everything back and spend my money where it is appreciated..

I see the promotion now for the battery grip for free. I purchased the grip with the camera, so I'm waiting to see what they say about crediting my card back for the difference of the grip. I purchased from B&H because this forum highly recommend them as a reputable dealer.

Hi Adam. Thanks for the quick reply. I also purchased the grip from you when I purchased the camera. Should I call and see if I could get a price adjustment and have it credited back to my credit card? Or even an in store credit would work, I could get another lens.:-)

Hi, i purchaced a pentax k3 kit with the 18-135 mm lens kit last week from you. It was not the promotion with the SD card and 50mm lens for no extra cost(out of stock) , So I paid full retail. Amazon.com has it in Stock right now along with fulfillment for 1473.16. Will you honer the price difference? I'm still in my window to return the camera and 176.00 is a lot money to save. I wanted the deal with the 50mm lens, but your customer service told me that I had to wait for the lens to come in to get that deal. Witch made no sense to me, so I ordered the regular kit and had it shipped over night. I would like to add that your promo offer is listed on both camera kits, but with different package numbers. Thank you.

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been an avid photographer for about ten years. My former setup consisted of a cannon 50D with kit lens and cannon 70-300mm lens. I consider myself an advanced amateur photographer, but admit that Ive been stuck in "auto mode" for quite sometime. Basically because I found my pictures to be uninspiring and somewhat disappointing with the final outcomes. I basically bought the cannon system for the simple reason that "best buy" and most other local camera dealers only carried cannon and Nikon. I've been wanting a new camera system for awhile now and started searching online rather than just "settling" for what the local stores had to offer. Anyway, Pentax really caught my eye and I was drueling like an 18 year old in a strip club for the first time(LOL). After a month of beating myself up, on witch model I should get, K5 ll /lls or go for the kill and get the holly grail k3 and begging my wife (trying to convince her about the "reasons" I should just get the k3, she broke down and "allowed" me to get the k3. All I can say about the k3 is OMG, from the moment I opened the box and held this sexy little camera, I knew right then, it was true love at first sight!! I received it on valentine's day.. (I think my wife is starting to get jealous) Hahaha!!! After setting it up, I'm finding myself to be more inspired than ever to Take great photos and truly see the camera to its fullest ability. So I'm going to be leaning on this forum to help me and also hopefully be able to contribute as well.. OK, enough of my rambling (don't want to outlast my welcome). Thank you for reading and have a great day!!! Ward..
