thanks for the info. i think i want a DA lens over the FF or AF i heard they are better for me. i'm gonna buy this camera! :)
he says he has a 18-55mm DA so i'm taking that one

i am about to buy a k10d from a local guy off craigslist in nyc. he has the pentax-f 35-70mm lens with it. i believe this to be a rather weak lens. i would have to upgrade to a digital lens perhaps. any feedback about this? he's selling for 600.00 but the body alone is online for cheaper as we all know. is this lens alright??

i was selling this lens from my 67 kit and for 230.00 but someone offered 275.00 for it does any one know what this should sell for in mint condition cause i can't find one on ebay?

it almost seems like the k200d is much easier to find on ebay but they seem priced similar and the same aMOUNT of pixels, which is better and or why?

thanks for the response. i have always used pentax for film, and i love it. but i guess i trust the functionality of a canon as far as menus and such as i have always used canon point and shoot digitals. i just thought it would be worth it if i could use all my other lenses with a new digital, but i hear it's not that simple.

i have a pentax 67 with a 90mm smc 2.8 lens. i am selling the camera and i want to buy a DSLR and was going to buy maybe a canon 40D or something, no idea really. but it just occured to me that i could maybe use my lens with a pentax DSLR. i am selling the lens for 230.00$ is that too little a price? and should i keep it and get a pentax DSLR?
