the mother had two eggs and I watched them from egg hood(sic) to fledgling. In this photo they were almost ready to fledge. Mom was quite tolerant with me taking photos but I was always wary of her as she was never far off and always watching.

I have a K10d, one of my lens's is Sigma 500mm, the tripod I have is a little shaky for that lense plus the camera. Rather than order blind I thought I would take advantage of prior expierence. thanks.

one of the wonderful things about living in the united States is your right to be "sick of" listening to them whine and their right to do so. If you do not like the radio station, change channels.

And this is why I asked in here. Sigma lists a APO 150-500mm but they say it isn't avail nor does it work on a Pentax. Thankyou all who have replied. I appreciate it. The best information is from those that are presently useing the item.

Ok, I need a little help and some input from those that have the above mentioned lense or the 150-500mm F5. And are useing it on a K10 DSLR. Sigma claims that they do not manufacture a lense such as the above for Pentax. However,, I recall some of you mentioning its use on here. I'd like to know if either of the abve will work on my camera to include the AF. thanks Steve

Shade, stardust, paddick and axel, thank you, thats what I have seen on the net, yet when I went to Ritz Camera the so called expert assured me that they were only for 35 mm Pentax and has issues with Digital, Thank you for you r infok, and yes, I'm still drooling but I'll get the people down there to order the silly thing for me and pay it off in six months, or so, its the only way i can afford it by working with them, at a certain price its interest free for 6 jmo's on selected items. If anyones used it, I sure would appreciate comments on its idiosycracies
