I did shoot raw, I uploaded a small web file. If I could redo this shot again what would've been a better aperture? Thanks!

I think my ISO was a little high but beyond that it feels like this photo needs something a little more, I tried adding a little color to the sky but that wasn't it. Suggestions?

Thank You for everyones response! OH.My.GOSH Wildman that is the direction I am trying to go! I know photoshop very well I do graphics/web development but I do not know the photography side of photoshop.
I just started doing photography in the past year. I can move the post coming out of her head fairly easily. What did you do and where can I learn this? My desire to figure this out is going to be the death of me...ok not really but I am getting frustrated bc this is what I need to learn. I did shoot these in RAW.

Most of the photos from this session feel good to me but there is this particular set of photos we did in the shade and they are just not popping for me. All safety precautions were taken. We had 4 people within an arms reach to grab the horse or the little girl.
Suggestions please.

I just got an af-360fgz. I have a k5 but it's only firing every other time. I'll upload a photo of the flash settings.

Yes I did forget to set my wb, I did try to correct it in lr. I used the dropper and tried to find a neutral color. I'll try it fix it again. Thanks guys! I feel so close yet so far away.

I've done around 10 photo session and this was the first set I edited in LR, any cc would be great. I just purchased a speedlite for some fill. I did brighten the faces some but I still think they are dark. Fire away!
