Thank you TT for your comments. They certainly do make an interesting subject to photograph. It is great to hear that your work can encourage others to get out their and have a go themselves. It is the great thing about this forum. I was inspired by the work of eaglem.

If you don't mind a zoom a brand new Pentax DA 17-70 mm SDM is A$199.00 with free delivery on Ebay. I believe it comes from C R Kennedy the Australian Distributor. Not sure if its compatible with FF.

I had a lens cleaned and fungus removed by Yoshi Nagami of Nagame Camera Service. The cost was $50.(excluding any postal and handling charges) He is based in Melbourne and his telephone no is (03) 9727 3388 and his website is Nagami Camera Service. Yoshi is highly respected and does an excellent job in repairing and servicing old film cameras and lens.:)

Which bounce flash for ME Super?

I don't think you can go wrong with the Pentax AF280T. It will be the perfect partner for the ME Super. You can use the either of the two auto settings on the flash if manual is not your thing. I picked up one on Ebay for $20 and use it on my K30 and K-01, and in some ways prefer it to the P-TTL flash units that I have. I have found the AF280T gives flawless performance in auto with perfect exposures every time. It is great value for money.:)

You can buy this lens new currently for A$229 from Digidirect. I bought one a couple of years ago and been very happy with it. A much underrated lens and fantastic value for money
Apart from the constant aperture it also has handy close focusing capabilities.
