I like the most in the wide angle photos that there are so many things in the picture :-)

I took these pics yesterday before sundown, so it was already a little dark outside. I was not sure if I can hold the camera steady, but it turned out today after the film development that I was able to do that :-)

Worth repairing a film SLR?

Hello,

I own a Pentax K-r and a Pentax MZ-7. I intended to use the DA 18-55 lens for wide angle landscape photography with the film camera. The negatives are very sharp and the pictures look good on paper. Unfortunately the MZ-7 stopped working. I can get it repaired for about 80 $.

So here is my question:

If I don't want to invest in a wide angle zoom lens, what is the better solution: getting the MZ-7 repaired, or buying a wide angle converter for the DA 18-55 lens?

Hello,

I've found this forum helpful as I searched for Pentax related answers. So I registered.

I use my Pentax cameras for event and landscape photography. So far they always did a good job :-)
