I have been using DxO for 6-7 years (since DxO Optics Pro 7) and I really like it. Now I have Lab 3 + Nik Collection 2. Specially in Lab 3 I like the HSL color wheel - You can easily visualize the changes you are about to make. This is important to me because I take lot of portraits. The local edit enhancements are nice too. And what also important to me - no subscription like Adobe...

I believe that for all kind of serious productivity work (for photography too!) we need desktops. But. There is also need for laptops (or tablets and smartphones) too. For example it's good, that you have opportunity to get laptop with you to the photography trip.
But it is especially good that both works with both Windows and Linux :)

I have Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) and OpenSuse Leap 42.2 KDE (linux) on my desktop and laptop... and love it. I also need some windows programs - that's why i'm dual-booting.
In Linux - I think that (coming from windows-world of thinking) Ubuntu, Fedora and OpenSuse are the best alternatives to Windows. KDE - it's (UI) like windows, Gnome - it's something different, but not that hard to understand.
Maybe You will find it interesting: Ubuntu GNOME vs openSUSE and Fedora |

You did not mention anything about your monitor - maybe you just need a better IPS monitor?
And ND filters too.

I also shoot with Yongnuo - i have YN-560 IV and YN-560 III + YN-560TX.
But good news is, that now they have new YN-660! That's even better!
And if You are interested in P-TTL, then they have YN-585EX. (P-TTL - it is for Pentax).

I'd be interested in DA*11-16/2,8 (based on Tokina's version) or if that's not possible, then something like DA 10-20/4.

I have also K-r (+ collection of K-mount lenses + K200D + flashes +...). My next step will be K-3 II.
But about Sigma 30 art lens. I don't know why this lens - you have almost all what you need (right now) from 28 to 75. If you were asked flashes or wide, or tele lenses (or special macro lens) vs K-3, then i don't know, what to say. It depends... But if the question is K-3 or Sigma 30 art, then surely K-3.
