I'm not sure about the black version, but all the silver one (31, 43, 77) were manufactured in Japan.
All the new one are manufactured in Vietnam.
I'm not a specialist, but some people claimed the Japan version have a better build quality than the Vietnam one.

Yes, but they don't have the 3090 manufacture anymore. I worked for them in the early nineteen ;)
